Refund policy

For non-print-on-demand products only, free  returns is valid within 14 days.

Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for print-on-demand items that meet the following conditions:

  • Misprinted products
  • Damaged goods
  • Defective items

Initiating a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product to start the return process.
    2. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and a photo of the problem, if applicable.
    3. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email.

Non-Returnable Items Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

      • Custom-made or personalised items
      • Gift cards
      • Downloadable software products
      • Some health and personal care items

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please follow the return process outlined above.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
